Have you tried Flostate in-person fitness classes yet? Here is your
opportunity! Try out a class at our Fall Kickoff Event on September 5th at the new Ojibway Park Building. Alice and Rachel, Flostate instructors will lead you through an all-level 45-minute workout including strength, core, yoga and stretching.
