In Person Classes
Looking for in person classes?
On-Demand and Livestream classes are convenient and efficient, but sometimes you just need to meet in person for an extra layer of accountability and fun! We partner with the City of Woodbury Minnesota and other local businesses in the Twin Cities Area to provide in person class and special event options. Class formats are usually 45 minutes and include Total Body Sculpt & Strength, Yoga Vinyasa & Body Restore, and Outdoor Yoga in the Park in the summer. Workout with Flostate at the Ojibway Park building in Woodbury MN, or sign up for one of our energizing Flostate Events.

Build your strength, boost your metabolism and increase your flexibility with a dynamic combo of strength, core and yoga. Spend 20 minutes on upper and lower body, 10 minutes on core work and 15 minutes on relaxing yoga flow and stretching. Bring your yoga mat–everything else is provided!

Yoga Vinyasa and Body Restore
Fridays at 8:30 am
Next Session Starts 9/12/25
Energize, strengthen, and recover. This class starts with a dynamic Vinyasa flow to build heat, boost endurance, and develop total-body strength and stability. Then, shift into deep, focused stretches to release tight muscles, improve flexibility, and support long-term recovery. You’ll leave feeling stronger, loose, and ready for whatever’s next.
Yoga In The Park

Embrace the end of summer and early fall! Take your yoga practice outdoors to enjoy the beautiful sights, smells and sounds of nature at Valley Creek Park. Class includes gentle sun salutation and warrior series flow paired with targeted stretching and core strengthening poses. Bring your yoga mat, water bottle and towel. Ambiance provided! We will meet in front of the historic Red Barn.
