Everyone is welcome to join Flostate for this FREE Livestream 30 for 30 Challenge Kickoff workout! Build your strength, boost your metabolism, and increase your flexibility with a dynamic combo of strength, core and yoga. We’ll spend 15 minutes on total body strength, 5 minutes of core work and 10 minutes of yoga flow and cool down stretching.
