Feeling the holiday fitness spirit?

Join us for a free Flostate Fitness class and stay for holiday festivities at our 2024 Winter Kickoff Event on December 14th. Alice and Rachel, Flostate instructors, will lead you through an all-level, 45-minute workout including strength, core, yoga and stretching.

Following class, we welcome you to stay and celebrate the season (and your efforts!) with light appetizers & refreshments, learn more about our winter fitness classes and get help signing up. And bring a new, unwrapped toy to donate to our Toys for Tots drive and feel amazing both inside and out!

Turkey Burn & Stretch Livestream Event!

Join Rachel for a solid calorie burn and energy booster to prepare you for the Thanksgiving feast! The 60 minute class includes Strength, Core, Kickboxing and cool down Yoga Stretch. Join Flostate for our fall UnWINEd Yoga and Wine Event! Our UnWINEd events are special yoga and wine experiences that help us connect and relax before the hustle and bustle of the holiday season.
