Experience the energy, excitement and competition of the Live Brave 5K and 1 Mile races in beautiful Woodbury, MN. All ages and abilities welcome! Walk or run for a great cause and then enjoy finish line food, refreshments, sponsor demonstrations, entertainment from DJ Ray Mills, and awards & prizes. Kids 12 & under run free in the mile! Sign up your whole family for a morning of movement and fun! 

The goal for our Live Brave Events is awesome community involvement that raises awareness for eating disorders and drives support for prevention and treatment programs. Race donations will go directly to the newly-formed Live Brave Fund, a part of the Woodbury Community Foundation, and be dispersed to local non-profit organizations that advocate for eating disorders and the mental health of our youth population (including www.withall.org).
