Let’s celebrate Halloween with a spooky and sweaty HIIT workout event! We’ll pump up the intensity and the fun with this 60-minute interval-based cardio/strength class (don’t worry – we’ll take some time to stretch at the end!). opportunity! Try out a class at our Fall Kickoff Event on September 5th at the new Ojibway Park Building. Alice and Rachel, Flostate instructors will lead you through an all-level 45-minute workout including strength, core, yoga and stretching.
