Let’s celebrate Halloween with a spooky and sweaty HIIT workout event! We’ll pump up the intensity and the fun with this 60-minute interval-based cardio/strength class (don’t worry – we’ll take some time to stretch at the end!). Turn that camera on as well…Costumes and selfies strongly encouraged!!! The best costume wins a prize!
