21-Day Arms and Core Challenge

Ready for some seriously amazing looking arms this summer? Join Flostate’s 21 Day Arms+ Challenge! May 11-May 31.

You’ll commit to daily virtual, on-demand upper body workouts + core and cardio classes for 21 consecutive days! Workouts are on-demand and 20-30 minutes or less. We will cycle through a series of arm push and pull strengthening, toning and recovery modalities: Dumbbells, resistance bands, body weight, yoga, and flexibility. This challenge will be the boost and commitment you need to really see changes in your upper body!

On Demand Core and Cardio workouts are included in “bonus workouts” to give your arms a break and your metabolism a boost!

How does it work?

Sign on and do one workout each day. Most arm workouts are under 20 minutes. Cardio and core workouts range from 20 to 30 minutes. This challenge is designed to be in addition to your current workout routine. Follow the workout playlist to keep your workouts in order and from website view, check each workout as “complete” along the way. You can access your workouts from the Flostate App, or at www.theflostate.com/programs.

Cost: $39 or free for Flostate Unlimited Monthly Members
Dates: Challenge starts May 11 and runs through May 31, 2026.
Equipment needed: Workout/yoga Mat, Dumbbells and Resistance Bands. Stability ball and workout bench recommended.
