12 Days of Fitmas: Free Holiday Workout Collection

Looking for an easy, realistic way to stay active between Christmas and New Year’s? 12 Days of Fitmas is your answer.

This free on-demand fitness collection includes 12 workouts, each just 10 minutes long, designed to be completed daily from December 25 through January 5. Short, effective, and approachable—these workouts help you stay consistent without taking time away from what matters most during the holidays.

Each day features a different focus to keep your body balanced and energized:

  • Core & Glutes

  • Upper Body, Arms & Legs

  • Cardio & Planks

  • Yoga, Stretch & Recovery

  • Total Body Strength

All workouts use minimal at-home equipment (dumbbells, resistance band, stability ball, and a mat) and are suitable for all fitness levels, with options to modify as needed.

Whether you’re maintaining your routine, getting back into movement, or simply carving out 10 minutes for yourself, 12 Days of Fitmas helps you feel strong, grounded, and ready to roll into the new year.

Let’s celebrate the last day of 2025 with a bang! Join Alice for a special 60 minute “Fit and Flow”Class designed to challenge your entire body in the best way! We’ll rev up our engines and energy levels with strength and cardio intervals, and find our flow at the finish with 20 minutes of vinyasa yoga and stretching. This is a great way to say “bye” to 2025 and look forward to 2026!
