DESCRIPTION:Join the Flostate Fitness Team at the Live Brave 5K and 1 Mile taking place on August 8th at Colby Lake Park. Flostate Co-Owner\, Alice Halvorson\, is a founder and race director of this event! Live Brave is a wonderful community event that brings all walks of life together to turn movement into healing and joy. Live Brave raises awareness for eating disorders in our community and supports the WithAll Organization which provides education\, prevention initiatives and recovery grants. \nSaturday\, August 8th\n5K at 8:30 am\n1 Mile at 10:00 am\nColby Lake Park\, Woodbury MN \nRegister today under the “Flostate Fitness” Team and enjoy a morning of movement\, connection and community!  \nInstructions: During the registration process\, you will be asked if you want to join a team. Say “Yes”. Then select “Flostate Fitness” from the dropdown list of teams. \nGet your friends to register on the Flostate Team as well! We are trying to win “Biggest Team” in the 5K event and win $200 (to be used to celebrate!) Let’s do this!
